This tutorial will go beyond the mechanics of entering a nomination, and cover additional, more advanced topics you will need to know to better understand the nominations process.  Note that this tutorial will not cover every aspect of entering nominations on all pipelines.  Instead, it will cover some of the more critical issues you need to know to more fully understand nominations.  In addition, this tutorial has been written to address how nominations will be handled after the implementation of Order 637.
